The creators:In 2006, Kathy Whines and Debbie Hogg formed Life Skills Programs Pty Ltd to develop a range of life skills resources and programs that build resilience and teach a broad range of personal, social and emotional skills. Initially, they saw a growing need to prepare children for lifelong success and identified a ‘gap’ in the education system where life skills and values were not being taught.
Concerned about how children were being affected by the increase in social problems, escalating violence and the lack of social cohesion throughout the world, they developed their first program ‘Mind Magic’, with a vision of having an influence on school culture in order for all children to be equipped with the skills to become confident adults who are caring, tolerant and compassionate.
With over 40 years of personal development, coaching, business and parenting experience between them and a passion to make a difference in the world, they are continually creating fun, pro-active and inspiring programs that foster the healthy development of children and adults throughout the world.

Kathy’s core roles as both a life coach and mother have led to her passion for cultivating the emotional and social welfare of children.
Being a student of personal growth and development for over 20 years, she has discovered her life purpose is to make a difference by contributing to the lives of children through teaching them they have the power to positively influence their own achievements in all areas of their life.
She has extensive experience in coaching, training, business management and human relations and has also trained in the fields of remedial therapies and small business management.
Kathy is a Life Coach, Cert IV Trainer, Mentor, Writer, Business Owner and is married with one daughter.
Debbie Hogg
Debbie has a strong professional background in training, innovation, presenting and coaching professional groups to move forward in making life changes.
Debbie believes the life skills programs are an essential ingredient to help every child move forward with self esteem and belief on their educational journey.
Debbie’s core value of being of service to make a difference shines through in her work as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming/Neuro-Semantics, an Internationally Accredited Life Coach PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with the International Coach Federation and Life Coaching Academy (LCA), Cert IV Trainer and Assessor, Presenter, Facilitator, Mentor, Business Owner, dedicated wife and mother of two beautiful girls, Jemma and Amy.
